Hello and thank you for the interest in taking our courses!

Being a Photoshop user for 22 years has been very gratifying. Watching this amazing tool grow and experience it's power has been fundamental for my professional career as an instructor / consultant. Many will agree it has literally change the way we envision digital arts becoming the #1 tool used in graphics for films, print and the internet in the World.

Now, we are opening the 1st "Escuelita" dedicated to this wonderful software and you're invited to learn why everyone talks about it. You have an idea of what it does, now it is time to learn how to do it. From Old photos recovery to Magazine covers to Business Station ID's, Website design or Social Media marketing; Photoshop can do it all.

What can you expect from these courses?

• Photoshop BASICS (Tuesdays)

This 2 hours course will concentrate on:

- Learn the tools basics

- Understand the menu system

- Graphics arts introduction (file formats and usage)

- Create your canvas

- Learn Photoshop layers

- Photo manipulation

* At the end of the class you should be able to understand the insights of Photoshop and start experimenting on your own.

• Photoshop BASICS II (Wednesdays)

This 2 hours course will concentrate on:

- Text usage and manipulation

- Photocomposition

- Graphics arts introduction (balance, levels and contrast)

- Layer effects

- In-depth tools 

- Creation of a Magazine cover (Bring your own Photo)

* At the end of the class you should be able to get a better understanding of Photoshop capabilities while making a real size Magazine cover page.
** You need Photoshop BASICS 1 to take this course.

• Photoshop PLUS (Thursdays)

This 2 hours course will concentrate on:

- Multilayer compositions

- Text block usage

- Layers group order

- Graphics arts introduction (professional tips)

- Layer masking and paths

- Filters usage

- Creation of a Newspaper Ad (Bring your own idea)

* At the end of the class you should be able to get a better understanding of Photoshop capabilities while making a real size Newspaper Ad page.
** You need Photoshop BASICS 1 and 2 to take this course.

• Photoshop PLUS II (Fridays)

This 3 hours course will concentrate on:

- All techniques described above

- In-depth review of all tools

- Creation of a (8 pages) Newsletter or website home page design (Class will choose)

* At the end of the class you should be able to master Photoshop based on the execution and complexity of a real size Newsletter ready to be print or webpage design ready to be presented to a client.
** You need Photoshop BASICS 1 and 2 / Photoshop PLUS 1 to take this course.

• Photoshop BASICS (Saturday AM - 3 hours course)

This 3 hours course will concentrate on:

- Learn the tools basics

- Understand the menu system

- Graphics arts introduction (file formats and usage)

- Create your canvas

- Learn Photoshop layers

- Photo manipulation

* At the end of the class you should be able to understand the insights of Photoshop and start experimenting on your own. The extra hour is ideal for experimenting and interaction with the instructor.

I have a PROJECT CLASS (Saturday PM)

This 3 hours course will concentrate on:

- Working in your own project

- Coaching and Professional Advise

- Best practices and delivering

- Taking you to the next level

* At the end of the class you should be able to finish your own Project based on the best usage of tools and Photoshop functionality. You will feel confident mastering some techniques.
** You need all previous Photoshop BASICS and PLUS classes to take this course.
